Star Wars: Bad Batch Producer Comments on Boba Fett's Possible Appearance
'Star Wars: The Bad Batch' Producer Comments Boba Fett May Appear on Disney+ Show Due to Omega Relationship

Star Wars: The Bad Batch showrunner has revealed whether Boba Fett will appear in the upcoming season 2. Star Wars: The Bad Batch follows the adventures of Clone Trooper 99, a group of flawed clones who use their genetic mutations to their advantage and even manage to avoid order 66 being fully enforced. Along the way, the squad discovers they've taken in a little girl Omega who also happens to be a pure genetic copy of Jango Fett. As Boba Fett's secret sister, Omega must stay free and free as the world of Jedi and clone troopers falls apart.
Although Omega is the older sister of star Boba in The Book of Boba Fett, the iconic bounty hunter never actually appears in Star Wars: The Bad Batch. While the Bad Batch producer has previously detailed connections to other series in the Star Wars universe, such as Boba Fett's Book, it's unlikely Boba will meet Omega anytime soon. In an interview with The Direct, producer Jennifer Corbett commented on the possibility, strongly suggesting it won't happen in season 2. Check out her quote below:
"I think a lot of people want that because they are brother and sister but it’s important for her, at this point in her life, and where her journey is - she’s at a very different place than where Boba is right now."
Will Boba Fett And Omega Ever Meet?

Considering that Star Wars: The Bad Batch takes place early in the transition between the Republic and the Empire, and Boba Fett and Omega don't need to meet right away. In the Star Wars TV timeline, given Boba's longevity, it's still decades before the two meet. Clone Force 99 might be keeping Omega safe, since they've spent the entire season of the show getting to know her and protecting her from bounty hunter Cadbane. Even if Omega does keep Clone Trooper No. 99, the Kaminoans and the Empire have no reason to harm her, and she is relatively safe.
Of course, this does not mean that Omega will live to see her brother. Given that Boba lived into adulthood without acknowledging his sister's existence, it's entirely possible they'll never meet. The Star Wars universe is huge, and it is easy for two people to grow old forever if they don't meet each other. Since the Empire stopped using clones, it likely never actually got access to Omega's DNA, so Boba has no reason to know of his sister's existence. if omega Surviving and meeting Boba in Star Wars: The Bad Batch required a very satisfying explanation for why Boba never mentioned her.
Everything We Know About The Bad Batch Season 2

Dee Bradley Baker will reprise his role as every member of Clone Trooper 99 in Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2, while Michelle Ang will return as Omega. The upcoming season will bring a long-lost character back into the Star Wars universe as it reveals exactly what happened to Commander Cody following Order 66. Cody, still controlled by his suppression chip, could become a normal human counterpart to the heroic Clone Trooper 99. With no command structure really in control of them, Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 2 will see the clones look for a purpose and train Omega to be a good soldier. While she might not find her family in Boba Fett, she at least has clone 99 by her side.
