TMNT's Casey Jones Is Officially A Crossover Upgraded Power Ranger
Casey Jones becomes the new Power Rangers in a crossover with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but is the new version of the hero friend or foe?

^ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hero Casey Jones just became a Power Ranger, as the Turtles' new crossover role gives their longtime ally a stunning transformation. In Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II #1, Jones reveals himself to be a Power Extreme as he mysteriously acquires his own Ranger costume. However, Jones' power upgrades and new role seem to be more of a villain than a hero.
In Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II #1 from BOOM's Ryan Parrott, Raul Angulo, Dan Mora and Ed Dukeshire! Studios and IDW Publishing, Casey Jones battles Karai as he searches for Shredder's whereabouts -- and eventually the hockey stick-wielding hero is knocked out. The Turtles and Power Rangers set out to find the missing Jones. However, Jones reveals himself when the two superteams meet Goldar and Rocksteady to free Baxter Stockman from prison. After punching and kicking Leonardo, Casey said he "embraces chaos" when he transforms into the new Ranger Power Extreme, which is what he should have done "a long time ago."
A preview of the upcoming Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II shows Casey The reader now knows why Jones would be at odds with the Turtles, which is shocking. Jones' transformation into a Power Extreme with an all-new costume and weapon upgrade seems to be due to some evil force at work, unless he's now pretending to be a villain to take down a more important force, such as Rita Repulsa or Shredder. Power Extreme will be a great threat to the Turtles and Power Rangers, and will likely be the miniseries' main villain.
Casey Jones as Power Extreme has a nice new costume, as his power upgrades are very much like Power Rangers, but with a Red X-like twist. The spikes on his armor and new scythe-like weapon make the darker version of the character stand out. As always, Dan Mora's character design job is spot on, as Power Extreme fits seamlessly into both worlds while looking pretty cool at the same time.
The Ninja Turtles' Greatest Ally Joins The Power Rangers' Greatest Foe

Power Extreme appears to be allied with the greatest villain in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Power Rangers universe, which means that to bring him down, both superteams will need to give everything they have, as they will soon find Casey what jones does new form is real were able.
